When PSS Sleman played Persis Solo in the 2022/2023 Liga 1 continuation match on Saturday (10/9/2022), Sleman - Maguwoharjo Stadium was empty. PSS might actually prevail if BCS and Slemania supporters were absent.

Brigata Curva Sud (BCS) and Slemania, two PSS supporters, decided to withhold their support for the time being. This is the fallout from the recent deaths of two PSS supporters.

Whatever the reason for BCS and Slemania's absence, this stadium's silence seemed to make hockey. The jinx of difficult victories at home can be broken by Super Elja.
