Judge: Witness Can't Name Who Threatened to Kill Joshua, Strong Ma'ruf
The defendant's denial of the premeditated murder claim made by the witness against Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat, Strong Ma'ruf, astonished the judge. According to the judge, Strong had denied the allegations against him.
The defendants, Strong Ma'ruf and Bripka Ricky Rizal, were first asked if they wanted to comment on the testimony of Joshua's girlfriend, Vera Simanjuntak, and Brigadier Yosua's younger brother, Bripda Mahareza Rizky Hutabarat. Strong immediately retorted that Vera's assertion was untrue.
"What about the Witness's testimony? Do you comprehend? Are all of the Witness's claims true, mostly true, completely false, or are you unsure?"
